No excuses – even if you have 100 of them
One of my coaches recently asked me this question: “Here I am, hands and ankle in splints, using a cane, HOW in the world am I going to market health looking like this?” Here was my answer: “You are already doing it! You are showing people that even when you have limitations, pain, and obstacles, you are pushing through to make your health and life better. You are not settling. You are not making excuses. You are not giving up! Your blog posts tell your story and you keep it real, encouraging others to push through, no matter how difficult it seems. People can’t expect to see immediate results. It takes work. It takes time…no matter who you are.”
She has good days and bad days. We’ve found things that work for her like stretching, epsom salt baths, and a workout that works with her body. She may not get “ripped in 90 days”, but because she believes in what she’s doing for herself, she can help others both in a similar health situation, and those without the limitations. She is encouraging, inspiring, and I’m proud to have her on our team.
