Starting August 1st, 2011, you can begin your new body transformation through Beachbody for a chance to win prizes, up to $100,000, and change your health and fitness level at the same time.

Here are the 6 simple steps:

1. Sign up for your free Beachbody account

2. Log into your account and click on “Contests” on the left side of the screen.  Then click “Beachbody Challenge”.

3.  Fill out the Commit to Get Fit page.

4. Choose your Beachbody fitness program and order it right there from your “Shop” tab.

4.  Take your before photos and measurements.

5. Begin your workout program.

6. Submit your results after your 60- or 90-day program is complete.
